Symposium registration
Dates:
- Pre-registration and Call for abstract are now closed. We are grateful for the significant interest shown in the call for abstracts OP’24. The volume and quality of contributions have been outstanding, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all who submitted their research and insights. Questions regarding your abstract or the submission process may be directed to the symposium organisation secretariat: op24-organisationsecretariat@mercator-ocean.fr
- Full registration is open (deadline 30 September 2024) - Limited to 420 participants
Full registration is required for all, also all pre-registered participants.
The full registration will ask for additional information, allows you to make catering choices and will invite you to pay the registration fee.
If you are pre-registered some of the information you provided previously will be prefilled.
If there are any changes, please update accordingly.
Registration fee - catering option
The registration fee is for the organization of the symposium including catering costs. It will cover catering requirements for all days of the event at a basic rate of 150 € in total (incl. tax).
Additional costs would arise if you chose to take part in the symposium dinner (see details below). The OP ‘24 Symposium is a non-profit making event.
Online attendance – FREE
NB: Only plenary sessions will be streamed online
In-person attendance is highly recommended to follow the full programme and interact with the OP24' community
Registration fee – 150 € VAT included (TVA 10% - HT 136,36 €)
Option cocktail (Monday, 18 Nov, 18:30-20:30) – FREE
Option Dinner (Wednesday 20, Nov, 19:00-22:30) – 142 € VAT included per person (TVA 10% - HT 129,09 €) MORE INFO
Additional person to the dinner (Wednesday 20, Nov, 19:00-22:30) – 184 € VAT included per additional person (TVA 10% - HT 167,27 €)

- Access to all four days and sessions of the conference

- Individual poster spaces for all poster presenters
